燃油供给系统

  燃油供给系统主要用于重质燃油的品质改善,并供给柴油机。系统将所需设备组合成一个独立的系统,结构紧凑、连接可靠,安装调试及使用维护极为方便。


结构与工作原理
  日用柴油柜和日用重油柜内的燃油,通过三通切换阀和粗滤器进入供应油泵,泵出口装有压力调节阀,以保持泵出口压力在规定范围内。燃油从供应泵出口进入流量计,随后进入混油桶,混油桶装有自动除气阀,以排除燃油中的油气。
循环泵从混油桶吸油,将燃油泵入加热器,可用蒸汽,热油或电加热(按用户要求而定)。加热后的燃油流入并联的自动逆洗滤器或手动逆洗滤器,用以改善油质,使其清洁干净。燃油进入自动粘度计,粘度计由传感器、控制器、电动(或气动)调节阀组成,当粘度不符合设定要求时,控制器发出信号,改变调节阀开启量,控制进入加热器的加热介质,以保证系统出口的油粘度符合要求(如果安装的是电加热器,则完全以温度控制的原理,控制电加热燃油)。燃油最后进入发动机,通过喷油泵和旁通调压阀,多余的燃油通过回油管回流到混油筒,再进入循环泵供油。
The fuel supply system is designed to improve the quality of H.F.O and supply marine engine. The manufacture forms complete special system by system atically putting together necessary equipments of fuel oil supply system.
Construction  and  Working  Principle
The fuel oil from MDO service tank and HFO service tank flows into feeding pumps through three-way feed valve and strainer. On the outlet, it is equipped with pressure regulating valve to keep the pump outlet pressure is at the regulated range . Then the fuel oil flows into flow meter from pump outlet, after that, the fuel oil enters mixing tube, which is equipped with an automatic de-aeratinon valve to remove the oil gas.
The circulating pumps sucks oil from mixing tube and pumps into fuel oil heater. The heater can be heated with steam or hot oil or electricity (according to user’s demand). The heated oil flows into paralleled automatic back flush filter or manual back flush filter.  they can improve the oil quality and make the oil clean. Fuel oil flows into viscosity automatic control device, which is composed of sensor, controller and electrical (pneumatic) control valve. When the viscosity of the fuel oil can not meet the requirement of the set value, the viscosity transmitter will send out signal, then regulate the opening degree for the flow-rate regulator valve, control the heat flow to ensure the oil viscosity in the outlet of the system in the demands (if the installed is electrical heater, then fuel oil should be controlled in the principle of temperature control). Fuel oil finally flows into engine through injection pump and pressure regulating bypass valve, and the surplus fuel oil returns to return oil tank and then flows into circulating pump for supply.
